The more useful distinction is whether the next project needs a 13 mm chuck and finer screwdriving settings, and which 18V battery family you will keep using.

The chuck size matters once your bit collection grows

A 10 mm shank limit covers many home jobs, but a future larger bit may not fit the BLACK+DECKER chuck. Bosch's 13 mm chuck gives more room to choose bits. Published drilling diameters are manufacturer limits, not a guarantee of easy drilling in all masonry.
